Business & Corporate Law
Formation, contracts, and transactions for companies doing business between the US and Asia, and for the Boston-area businesses that work with them.
JUMP TO:
Overview
Chang Law Group advises companies from formation through sale. The firm's transactional work is grounded in litigation experience: agreements are drafted with a view to how they would be read in a dispute, and the firm remains counsel if one arises.
Much of the practice involves Chinese and Taiwanese companies establishing or operating US subsidiaries, and US companies that source from or sell into Asia. The firm's founding attorney was raised in the US with deep roots in the Asian business community and has worked on both sides of those relationships since 2006.
